What if my shipment is delayed or arrives thawed?
When it comes to a raw food diet, safety comes first. To keep your products frozen, we pack each box with enough dry ice to last 3 to 4 days.
But, we sometimes see delays or unpredicted weather changes affecting our boxes. Don’t worry, we purchase shipping insurance on every Maev order, free of charge to you. If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit please get in touch with our team as soon as possible and we will get you taken care of.
