How can I check the status of my order?

Our Supplement Bars come in a box with 30 individually wrapped bars and are designed to be fed once a day. They are also shelf-stable, which means that they can be stored on a counter-top, shelf, or in a drawer. Our four different Supplement Bars are PhD Vet-formulated, and are stacked with scientifically studied ingredients like L-Theanine for calming down, Glucosamine for mobility, Probiotics for digestive function, and Omega-3 Fatty acids for hydration and shine.

How should my Bone Broth arrive?

The food is shipped completely frozen on dry ice. If the dry ice in your box has evaporated, but the food is still frozen, don't worry - that's totally normal. Store the food in the freezer and recycle the box it came in.

However, we’ve noticed that refreezing a thawed bag might cause pieces to cluster together, making it harder to serve. How does my subscription plan work?

The food is shipped frozen on dry ice. Store the food in the freezer and leave the dry ice in a well-ventilated area to evaporate.

If the dry ice in your box has evaporated, but the food is still frozen, don't worry - that's totally normal. Store the food in the freezer and recycle the box it came in.

If some or all of your food has defrosted, but is still cold to the touch, it’s 100% safe for your dog to eat. However, we’ve noticed that refreezing a thawed bag might cause pieces to cluster together, making it harder to serve. If this happened to your box, get in touch with our team so that we can send you a complimentary reshipment.

Your first box will come with transition instructions, nutrition breakdowns, and portioning info. Most people feed two meals each day, and we generally recommend keeping your current feeding schedule; Maev works for free feeding or discrete meals. Store the raw food in your freezer and serve frozen. No thawing or cooking needed. Most dogs love the texture of the frozen cubes, but if yours doesn’t, let the food thaw at room temp for about 10 minutes before serving. You know your dog best!
