Subscriptions & Orders
How does my subscription plan work?
After you create a subscription, your card will be charged on the frequency you set up at check out. You can always change, delay, or cancel your subscription by logging into the Maev Customer Portal or by clicking the links in the upcoming order notifications.
You will receive a notification 3 days before each charge. Generally, if you request a change at least 3 days before your next shipment, we will be able to adjust the order.
